The design and manufacture of stamping dies has a profound impact on China's manufacturing industry, not only in the mechanical processing industry, but also in the automotive industry and all aspects of production and life, thus further affecting China's national economy (real economy). The stamping die occupies an important position in China's mechanical processing manufacturing industry. It can be said that it is the basis of the mechanical processing manufacturing industry. The processing and production of most parts are inseparable from the mold. The quality of the parts and the accuracy of the parts depend on whether the design of the mold meets the requirements. If we can improve the quality and precision of the mold by studying the production design of the mold, then these related industries will be enormously expanded. Therefore, we must continue to develop and innovate molds.
In this graduation project, my design content is mainly based on the design and simulation of the drawing die of the engine oil cup of PRO/E. Through the analysis of the structure and drawing process of the engine lubricating oil cup, select the appropriate stretching process method, determine the die design requirements for parts, calculate the part drawing and assembly drawing of the drawing die of the oil cup, and use PRO /E completed the 3D simulation design of the oil cup drawing die.
This essay principally introduces two sections in the introduction. The primary part principally sets forth the major implication of this graduation design theme(oil cup drawing mold); the second part mainly describes the development status of domestic mold industry at present and the development of foreign mold industry, and compares the two Find out the difference. At the same time, a large number of related papers and other materials are searched, and we have a general understanding of the problems that we will encounter when we carry out the calculation design of the drawing die, which is ahead of the work.
The main substance of this programming and compute is the design of the drawing die of the lubricating cup.
