In the paper mold design, the bottom-up design method is adopted. The bottom-up design idea is to design each mold part first and then assemble the parts. If some parts are found to be inconsistent during the assembly process, the parts must be redesigned and reassembled. This set of mold design is based on PRO/E drawing design of the lubricating oil cup of the automobile. Firstly, the material and process of the oil cup are analyzed, and the specific process plan is obtained. The drawing process size of the oil cup is calculated according to the drawing. The process is to determine the structural design of the drawing die, and to design and calculate the working size and outer dimensions of the die and the punch, which is the selection of the press, the choice of the type of the die and the form of the structure, and the selection and design of the die parts. Based on the selected parts, the parts and assembly drawings are drawn with PRO/E, and the drawing modes are simulated. During the period, a large number of reference materials related to the stamping and drawing die and the various versions of the "Stamping Die Design Manual" were designed and calculated for the drawing process size and the working part size of the mold, and the structure of the set of molds was designed with reference to the multiple sets of mold structures. . Select the appropriate parts according to the part standards in the manual and calculate the dimensions of each part. Finally, the overall plan is drawn. A three-dimensional drawing of the part is drawn in the PRO/E, and the set of the mold is assembled. Then, according to the three-dimensional drawing, the two-dimensional part drawing and the two-dimensional assembly drawing are produced.
