At present, most of the blanking process of lamppost is completed by manual operation, and the accuracy depends entirely on the technical level of the workers, so it is unstable. The production efficiency is low and the labor intensity of the workers is high, and there are hidden dangers in safety. The automatic feeding positioning system can not only improve the production efficiency, but also improve the production quality, the labor intensity of workers is low, and the safety is guaranteed. In this paper, the automatic feeding system of sheet metal feeding, flipping, positioning clamping and feeding is designed in detail. Including the structural design of the flip plate manipulator, the structural design of the positioning clamping mechanism and the structure design of the feed car body. The manipulator is a hydraulic driven multi-power manipulator with compact structure. The transmission is stable, efficient and reliable; the positioning mechanism adopts electric push rod, the control is flexible and the operation is convenient; the structure of the feed car body is simple and the cost is low.
