With the wide application of hydraulic technology, the scale of hydraulic hoist is also increasing, and the stability and reliability of hydraulic cylinders, which are the core mechanism of hoist, are directly related to the safety of hydraulic hoists and even the entire engineering structure. Based on the design and development of the existing hoist hydraulic cylinder, based on the working conditions and working parameters of the hydraulic cylinder of the hoist, combined with the knowledge of hydraulic transmission, material mechanics and mechanical design, from the cylinder, piston, piston rod and The guide sleeve and the buffer device are used to start the design, and the test hydraulic cylinder is designed and standardized according to the prototype size of the prototype hoist hydraulic cylinder. Finally, the mechanical model of the test hydraulic cylinder is established, and its strength and stability are calculated and checked. The final calculation shows that the designed test cylinder meets the reliability and stability requirements.
